I graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in May 1975. I then completed a two-year general residency at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. I came to Martinsville in August 1977 and took over the general practice of Dr. Ruff Wheless, who had returned to school to specialize in periodontics. I was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in July 1984. Outside of dentistry, I have been very involved in many community organizations and activities. My hobbies are spending time with my family and hunting and gardening in the spring and summer.

Graduated from National University College of Puerto Rico with an associate degree in dental assistant with expanded functions in 1999. Then I continued my studies in pre-odontology at the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo Campus. Then I graduated from University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus, and School of Dental Medicine in June 2006. I started my private practice in May 2007, in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, with ten years of dental experience. Member of the College of Dental Surgeons, Puerto Rico. Treasurer of the Western District of the College of Dental Surgeons of Puerto Rico for 5 years. Work in dentistry is my passion, and making the patients smile is my goal. My other passion is spending time with my wife, Eunice, my kids, and my two dogs. Also, I like lifting weights, exercising, and playing table tennis.

Dr. O’Neal was born and raised in Mayodan, NC. She completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University. From there, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2021. Dr. O’Neal was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental society that recognizes scholastic and character excellence. Dr. O’Neal is a talented painter, a lover of all animals, especially her cat Possum, and is excited to be able to travel! She has worked as an associate in North Carolina for 3 years.
